PCM ( Phillips Cleaning & Maintenance) was established in 1987 by the partners Peter and Lorraine Phillips.
Peter Phillips started his career with a major cleaning / cleaning supplies company, where he trained in Cleaning equipment maintenance.
During that time he gained a wealth of knowledge in every type of machine used in the cleaning industry, and built up many contacts with the cleaning machinery supplier companies. He progressed into management before leaving to start his own cleaning and maintenance company.with his wife Lorraine in 1987.
The business has grown steadily, becoming Limited (PCM Enterprises Ltd) in 2003, and more recently moving into larger premises in Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy.
Both of the directors value their reputation for customer care and satisfaction they have managed to build up over the years, and to this end they intend to remain closely connected to all of the business activities undertaken. So as to ensure that the quality of workmanship and the companies reliability remains at the high standard they work to achieve.
Peter has a direct control of the Servicing, repair, and refurbishment work undertaken by the company, ensuring each machine leaving the workshop has electrical compliance certification (PAT) and is certified as fit for purpose.
